Thank you Think Worldwide!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Lloyd and Louise from Think Worldwide for taking on the incredible Isle of Wight Ultra Challenge in support of Abby's Heroes.

Covering an astonishing 106km around the Isle of Wight coastline, this demanding event tested participants with steep climbs, challenging terrain, and hours of endurance both day and night. Lloyd and Louise took on the challenge with determination, commitment, and a shared desire to make a difference for the children, young people and families we support.

Having previously completed 70km of the South Downs Ultra Challenge in 2024, Lloyd returned even stronger this year, drawing on his experience and training to successfully complete the full distance. Louise also delivered an outstanding performance, completing an impressive 83km of the course, an amazing achievement that reflects her resilience and dedication.

Together with a wider group who trained and prepared for the event, Lloyd and Louise demonstrated remarkable perseverance throughout a challenge that pushes participants both physically and mentally. Their efforts are a wonderful example of the commitment shown by our supporters.

The funds raised through their challenge will help Abby's Heroes continue providing essential support to children and young people receiving cancer treatment at Southampton Children's Hospital. From emergency grants and practical assistance to funding special experiences and creating precious family memories, every pound raised helps make a real difference during some of the most difficult times imaginable.

Across this challenge and last year's South Downs Ultra, Lloyd and Louise have now raised more than £2,000 for Abby's Heroes. We are incredibly grateful for their continued support and proud to have such passionate advocates helping us raise both funds and awareness.
