Thank you Lytchett Minster School – Iconic Sandwalk fundraises £7000 for Abby’s Heroes!

In July 800 pupils from Lytchett Minster School took part in their 29^th annual Sandwalk from Shore Road to Bournemouth and back again. Abby’s Heroes was one of two charities selected to be supported at the walk.

We recently visited the school and were stunned to receive a cheque for a massive £7000 from Headmaster Andrew Mead and John Sanders who led the team organising the walk. Whilst at the school we also picked up a second cheque for £2484 which was fundraised for Abby’s Heroes at the school’s recent production of Oliver Jr. This meant the school has fundraised an incredible £9484 over the last year.

We are extremely grateful to the whole staff team at Lytchett Minster , the amazing pupils and their parents and carers. Thank you everyone for your support.
