120 Challenge

Every year, around 120 children and families are admitted to the Piam Brown Ward at University Hospital Southampton for cancer treatment. Behind every one of those numbers is a family facing one of the toughest times of their lives. This February, we're inviting you to join Team Purple and take on our 120 Challenge to help us continue providing vital support when it’s needed most.

The challenge is simple: choose your own 120, complete it throughout February, and aim to raise £120 for Abby’s Heroes. Your challenge can be as big, small, creative, or active as you like. You could walk, run, or cycle 120 miles, complete 120 squats a day, swim 120 lengths, or dedicate 120 minutes to exercise each week. The choice is yours, and if you have your own unique idea for a 120 challenge, we'd love to see it! This is a virtual challenge, so you can do it anywhere you like! Gym, local park, wherever!

Not only is this a fantastic way to stay motivated and beat the winter blues, but every pound you raise will help Abby’s Heroes continue supporting children with cancer and their families. Funds raised help provide financial grants, vouchers, food and snacks on the ward, counselling services, special family experiences, and so much more.
