Abby’s Heroes is extremely grateful for the help they receive from across the community. This comes from a multitude of groups, organisations, schools and individuals all with one aim – to support Abby’s Heroes!

Here are just a few recent examples:

  • Thornden School in Chandlers Ford held a Movie Night and fundraised a magnificent £1113 for Abby’s Heroes. We popped along to the school for their production of Little Shop of Horrors (which was also in support of Abby’s Heroes!)  to pick up the big cheque from Year 10 student Mabel!
  • Surrey Schoolboy Trials Club presented us with a cheque for £700.  This fantastic amount of money was raised throughout 2025 by club members across their 22 trial events.
  • Phil and Pippa from Charity Jams sell their seasonal jams, chutneys and lemon curds at various community events across the south and donate £1 from every jar sold to local charities including Abby’s Heroes. We recently received over £770 from Charity Jams just proving that jams and chutneys can be delicious and good for the local community too!
  • Once Abby’s Heroes mascot Abbycorn picked up a cheque from the Maritimo Louge in Ocean Village for £852 . This huge amount was from their 'Lounge Aid' series of activities including an 18-mile hike.
  • We attended the 'Afternoon Guild' group based at St Martins in the Wood Church in Hiltingbury and were delighted to receive a cheque for £40 plus an amazing additional £152 in donations!
  • Hopkins based in Segensworth hosted a Charity Golf Day attended by their contractors, supply chain partners and staff and fundraised an incredible £4500 for Abby’s Heroes.

Thank you to all our supporters, without you we couldn’t continue to support children with cancer and their families. Thank you!
